With 20 years of experience, including 11 in people operations leadership roles at high-growth startups and as an Operating Partner in venture capital, Natalie specializes in building dynamic people operations programs, high-performance teams and business infrastructure from scratch. From architecting on day-one to conducting deep talent audits and executing change management strategies, she has witnessed the tech ecosystem from first check to exit.

Ledbetter believes the magic happens at the intersection of talent and business and her expertise lies in building incredible cultures and programs that supercharge and drive organizational success. Harnessing pattern recognition from partnering with over 100 founders to build people-first companies, Ledbetter blends executive-level strategy with hands-on execution and is often called a “Swiss army knife” or “fixer.”

Though she grew up in Southeast Asia and Europe, went to the University of Texas at Austin (hook ‘em!), Natalie is a Brooklynite at heart. She lives with her husband Jonathan and their rescue chihuahua in the vibrant neighborhood of Boerum Hill. Natalie enjoys travel and road trips, fine dining and rooftop BBQ’s, music shows and art, and experiencing all that NYC has to offer.
